1. Custom-Made Products
All products in our shop are individually made for you (print-on-demand). Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the size does not fit you, you do not like the product, or you have changed your mind. Please check our size charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will of course take responsibility. Here’s what to do: Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please send us photos of the item and the packaging. After inspection, you will receive a free replacement or a refund.

3. Incorrect Delivery Address
If the delivery address provided was incorrect and the package could not be delivered, we cannot cover the costs for reshipping. Please double-check your details before completing the order.

4. Returns
Returns are only possible after prior arrangement. Since our products are custom-made, we do not have a stock. Please do not send items directly to the production facility without prior consultation, as they will not be accepted.
